“3.2.1 Dues Amount and Term: All LTAP and TTAP Center Members shall contribute annual calendar-year dues to support the activities of NLTAPA. The amount of the dues assessment shall be ratified by affirmative vote of a majority of Active Center Members. [Annual Center Member dues as of the date of ratification of these bylaws are $500.00.] The EC may establish dues for affiliate members.”
