February 24 Joint Safety Program Work Group Call/Webinar

This webinar will focus on two of the FHWA Proven Safety Countermeasures for Intersections – Retroreflective Borders on Backplates and Corridor Access Management. The presentation will cover the basics on the application of these countermeasures, their effectiveness in improving intersection safety, and use case studies to illustrate effective, successful implementation
Conference Committee is now a Workgroup!

The NLTAPA Executive Committee decided to transform the conference committee into a workgroup. This provides greater continuity and consistency across years, which is more important given the fact that this group's chair changes to the new NLTAPA president elect each year and the group is increasing its role as the annual conference organizer. The workgroup will be co-chaired by the NLTAPA vice president and a member of the workgroup who would remain for at least two years. Byron Bluehorse agreed to be co-chair for 2014 and 2015.
